I have struggled with implementing simple truths, like ‘be kind always’.  How do I actually do that?  Participating in Holly’s Mindfulness calls when I was stuck at home due to the Covid shut down gave me ways to live the kind of life I have always envisioned.   With a mix of sayings, speakers, and Holly’s shared experiences, I learned how to ‘be kind always’ in lots of small and effective ways.  Thank you Holly, for being such an inspiration to me.

Holly Hunt’s branded content is motivating, inspiring, encouraging. Last year, with the onset of the pandemic and everyone thrust into a stressful remote work environment, attending Holly’s Mindfulness with Holly calls twice a week, gave me some insight, tools, and group connection that helped kept me positive, motivated, and focused.  Holly’s energy and southern charm made the calls fun and engaging, even at 7 a.m.!  She always had a wide variety of topics and guest speakers that made it an essential part of my week, during a very challenging time.
